Fort Hays State Athletics announces the promotional schedule at Gross Memorial Coliseum throughout conference play, which starts Thursday night (Nov. 30) against Missouri Southern. Five season-long promotions return.

Season-long promotions returning again this season are the Big Creek Crossing Points Promotion, Covenant Builders Hometown Hero recognition, Eagle Communications Best Seats in the House, University Bookstore 3-Point Promotion, and as always students get FREE ADMISSION by showing their Tiger Card (Student ID).

Big Creek Crossing Points Promotion	The Big Creek Crossing Points Promotion is back for a 6th year! For every home conference (MIAA) basketball game, the points scored by the Tiger basketball teams will be added to a Big Creek Crossing gift card and given away at the end of the year. There will be two gift cards, one for the women's basketball point total, and one for the men's basketball point total. The gift cards will be given away at our final home games of the year on February 22nd against Southwest Baptist. To enter the contest, you must attend the home conference basketball games and text the winning word to the number provided. You can only text the word one time per game. The word will change each week, so attend as many home conference games (maximum of 10) as possible to discover the winning word and earn another chance to win one of the gift cards. The promotion starts on November 30 against Missouri Southern. Last year, the men's gift card finished with $653 and the women's had $627.
Covenant Builder Hometown Hero	We want to recognize a distinguished person in the community by inviting them to an FHSU basketball game and introducing them to the crowd. The winner receives 4 courtside seats, in-game video board recognition, and on-court recognition. A Covenant Builders Hometown Hero works extremely hard at what they do and are usually behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. They could be a volunteer, military, FHSU Alumni, or just a person who cares about Ellis County and does whatever needs to be done to make Hays and the surrounding areas a better place. Nomination forms can be found at Covenant Builders (4101 Covenant Drive), the FHSU Athletic Department (Cunningham Hall 138), and online at...Hometown Hero Form. Eagle Communications Best Seats in the House	Register to win tickets for you and 3 friends at each FHSU home basketball game in the Eagle Communications Best Seats in the House! Look for the link on hayspost.com 4-5 days before the upcoming game.
University Bookstore 3-Point Promotion	Take advantage of discounts the first business day following a game at the University Bookstore. A 3% discount is added for each 3-point field goal made by the Tiger men up to 30%. If the Tiger men make 10 or more 3-pointers in a game, the public receives a 30% discount at the bookstore. Valid in-store and on FHSU clothes and gift items only. Excludes textbooks, gift cards, diploma frames, previous purchases, calculators, computer supplies/hardware/software, and professional reference.
Students Free with Student ID	All Fort Hays State students receive FREE admission to home games at Gross Memorial Coliseum throughout the entire season. Students just have to present a valid student ID at the gates. We want to see FHSU students attend all home sports events - all are free with the valid student ID. Enjoy a great time and atmosphere on us!!!
