Lance Russell averaged 20.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in a pair of FHSU wins at home this past week against Central Oklahoma and Missouri Southern. He scored 22 in at 78-71 win over UCO on Wednesday and 18 against MSSU on Saturday.

Russell went 6-of-12 from the field, which included three 3-point field goals, and 7-of-11 at the free-throw line against UCO. He was 6-of-11 from the field with one 3-point field goal and 5-of-5 at the free-throw line against MSSU. Russell has scored 20 or more points in three games this year and was just one off his season high of 23 against UCO.
