Albert had a hand in five touchdowns, helping the Tigers to a 48-13 win at Northeastern State. After starting the game as a receiver, Albert moved back to the quarterback position and completed 12-of-22 passes for 149 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed for 24 yards and two touchdowns.
His first touchdown of the game was a four-yard rush to give the Tigers a 7-6 lead near the end of the first quarter, then a 27-yard touchdown pass to Kenneth Iheme in the second put the Tigers up 20-6. He went on to throw for two more and rush for one in the second half, helping the Tigers reel off 48 unanswered points.
Early in the game, he caught three passes for 24 yards, giving him a total of 197 yards all together passing, rushing, and receiving.
