Garrison accounted for 348 yards of total offense in the season opener against Western State this past Saturday. He was 18-of-30 passing, completing 14 of his last 17 attempts, good for 248 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for a team-high 100 yards and one touchdown. His 65-yard touchdown run for the Tigers early in the fourth quarter helped seal the eventual 45-20 win over the Mountaineers.
