Champlin scored a season-high 15 points in the 76-70 win for FHSU over Nebraska-Omaha. She helped the Lady Tigers to a 2-0 start in MIAA play and 5-1 overall. She led the team in rebounds in that game with seven.

The Concordia, Kan., native leads the Lady Tigers in field goal percentage, shooting 67.7 percent on the season. She was 6-of-7 from the field in the 62-39 win over Lincoln University in the conference opener, going for 12 points. She averaged 13.5 points and 6.0 rebounds per game last week.
