Christa Bergmann was a two-event champion for the Tigers track & field team at the KSU All-Comers meet on Saturday (Dec. 11) in Manhattan, Kan. Bergmann won both the shot put and weight throw.

Bergmann, a senior from Concordia, Kan., also broke the indoor school record for the weight throw with her toss of 56' 5.75." That throw is a NCAA II provisional qualifying mark. Her winning throw of 43' 11.25" in shot put is one centimeter short of being a provisional mark.
