Beltz had a big week for FHSU, helping the Tigers go 4-0 against conference rival Nebraska-Kearney. With a pair of wins at UNK on Saturday (Apr. 23), the Tigers secured a spot in the MIAA Tournament for the 10th consecutive year. Beltz hit .455 for the week with a team-high three doubles and five RBI. Beltz produced four of the five RBI in the doubleheader sweep at UNK.
