Amirah Bentley helped the Tigers to a 4-1 road trip last week that consisted of a three-set sweep of East Central on Thursday (Sept. 14), a five-set come-from-behind victory over Southwest Oklahoma State on Friday afternoon (Sept. 15), a victory over Oklahoma Baptist (Sept. 16) in straight sets and a win over Southern Nazarene (Sept. 16) to cap off an impressive weekend. Bentley recorded a double-double in the match against SWOSU with 22 digs and 52 assists and averaged 10.4 assists and 4.4 digs per set. She also recorded two more double-doubles on the weekend which included a 43 assist-13 dig performance in the win over Southern Nazarene. She also hit .300 for the week, notching 10 kills with just one error on 30 attempts.
