Malinee Powell helped lead the Fort Hays State softball team to a 3-1 record in their first weekend of the 2011 season. Powell had 7 hits over the course of the weekend, including a double, triple and home run. Her batting average of .412 is the second best on the team and she leads the Tigers with 7 RBI's.
