Fort Hays State University continues MIAA play on Saturday at Missouri Western.  Game time is slated for 1:30 p.m., in St. Joseph, Mo.

This is the 44th meeting all-time between Fort Hays State University and Missouri Western, with FHSU holding a 23-20 historical advantage.  The Tigers swept the Lady Griffons in both matchups last season - picking up a 73-56 win at home early in the year, and a 57-42 victory in St. Joseph's near the end of last year's MIAA schedule.  Since head coach Tony Hobson's arrival in 2008-09, the Tigers are 7-3 against Missouri Western, and have won twice in St. Joseph during that span.  All three losses under Hobson have come at MWSU.
 
Head Coach Tony Hobson is just one win away from career win No. 500, having started the season at 5-1 this season.  Hobson holds an 86-60 overall record in the middle of his sixth season at FHSU, and will be the first coach to reach the 500-win milestone while pacing the Tigers' sideline.
 
The Tigers return to Gross Memorial Coliseum on Monday, Dec. 16 to take on the University of St. Mary at 7 p.m.
