Fort Hays State looks to improve on its three-game winning streak on Saturday (Feb. 11) when it hosts Central Oklahoma at 4 pm inside Gross Memorial Coliseum. Both teams enter with a 14-8 overall record, but the Tigers look to pull even with the Bronchos in the MIAA standings. FHSU is 8-6 in conference play, while UCO is 9-5.

Rob Davis reached 1,000 points in his career as a Tiger on Thursday night and now has 1,913 in his collegiate career. He continues to lead the MIAA in scoring at 22.6 points per game and ranks fifth nationally in 3-point field goal percentage.

Hadley Gillum recorded his fifth double-double of the season in the win over Northeastern State on Thursday. He scored a career-high 21 points and pulled down 11 rebounds. He is averaging 12.6 points per game this season.

Central Oklahoma is coming off a loss at Nebraska-Kearney on Thursday night. The Bronchos are 4-3 in MIAA road games this season. They are led in scoring by Josh Holliday at 13.1 points per game. Four of their starters average double figures in scoring.
The Bronchos are currently tied for third in the MIAA, while the Tigers are tied for fifth. FHSU has five games remaining in the chase for a top-four spot in the standings. The top four teams in the conference get byes to the quarterfinals of the MIAA Tournament in Kansas City. Both the Tigers and Bronchos have mathematically secured one of 12-spots in the tournament. Six teams in the conference have already punched their ticket to tournament play.
