The FHSU men's soccer team will play two neutral site matches in Wichita Falls, Texas this week, part of the Midwestern State University Classic. The Tigers take on Texas A&M-International on Thursday (Sept. 16) at 2:30 p.m., then Colorado Mesa on Saturday (Sept. 18) at 11:30 a.m. The FHSU vs CMU match on Saturday will be between a pair of Top 25 teams.

Texas A&M-International is 1-2 overall after picking up a 3-2 win against South Dakota Mines. Colorado Mesa is currently 4-0 with two shutout victories. The Mavericks have outscored their opponents 8-2 and have managed to outshoot opponents 48-41.
The Tigers are 1-1 all-time against TAMIU with the last match ending in a 2-1 win in Laredo, Texas in 2016. The all-time record between FHSU and CMU sits at 2-0 in favor of the Tigers. The last match ended in a golden goal 1-0 victory in double overtime back in 2013 at Grand Junction, Colo.
