KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Fort Hays State Men's Basketball remained among the receiving votes list of the latest NABC Top 25 Poll released on Tuesday (Feb. 3). Now 15-6 overall on the season, FHSU has been among the receiving votes list for three straight weeks.
The Tigers are coming off a challenging week that resulted in a pair of losses to high-quality opponents. The first of the two was an overtime loss to undefeated and still No. 1 ranked Washburn. Central Missouri moved up into the receiving votes list with Fort Hays State after its win in the head-to-head matchup back on Saturday.
The Tigers will face another Top 25 opponent this week. The Tigers first play at Northeastern State on Thursday evening before taking on No. 25 ranked Arkansas-Fort Smith on Saturday. Arkansas-Fort Smith started the season 13-0 overall and reached as high as No. 5 in the national poll before going 3-4 in its last seven games.
This is the sixth poll this season the Tigers have been among the receiving votes list.
