COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Fort Hays State senior student-athletes
Cale Cormaney (football) and
Ryan Allen (football) received the 2026 National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-American Athlete Award. Both receive the honor based off athletic accomplishments and dedication to strength and training, nominated for the award by Fort Hays State Strength and Conditioning Coach
Doug Boucher.
Cormaney was a three-time All-MIAA performer for the Tigers at tight end, including second-team honors each of the last two seasons. He finished the 2025 season with 287 receiving yards on 23 catches with three touchdowns. Cormaney finished his career at FHSU with 99 receptions for 1,137 yards and nine touchdowns. He was also very strong in the classroom Cormaney holds a 3.86 cumulative GPA as an Organizational Leadership major. He was a three-time CSC Academic All-District selection as well.
Allen was an All-MIAA Honorable Mention selection as a wide receiver in 2025. He finished the year with a team-best 291 receiving yards on 31 catches, while also returning 13 punts for 48 yards. Over his four years at FHSU, he had 768 receiving yards on 68 catches with three touchdowns, while adding 128 punt return yards. Allen was also very strong in the classroom with a 3.94 cumulative GPA as a Health and Human Performance major. He was also a three-time CSC Academic All-District selection.
