2015 (Junior): All-MIAA Honorable Mention selection at linebacker...Played in nine games and made five starts...Tied for third on the team in tackles, despite sitting out three games with an injury...Recorded 6.0 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks for the season...Best all-around performance occurred at Lindenwood with 12 tackles, two tackles for loss, a pass break-up, a sack, and his only interception and forced fumble of the season...Posted a season-high 14 tackles against Pittsburg State (9/26/15)...Reached double figures in tackles in five games...Had a season-high three tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks against Northeastern State (9/10/15).

2014 (Sophomore): All-MIAA Honorable Mention selection at linebacker...Played in all 11 games and made two starts...Ranked fifth on the team in tackles with 69...Tied for the team lead in interceptions with three...Recorded a season-high 12 tackles against Lindenwood, a game where he had his only forced fumble of the season...Recorded six or more tackles in seven contests...Had interceptions against Northeastern State, Nebraska-Kearney, and Missouri Southern...Earned second FHSU letter.

2013 (Redshirt-Freshman): Appeared in all 11 games and started four contests at the bandit position...Ranked fourth on the team in tackles with 56...Tied for the second-most interceptions on the team with two...Recorded three tackles for loss and one sack...Finished with a season-best 10 tackles against Nebraska-Kearney, a game in which he recorded his only sack of the season...Recorded interceptions against Southwest Baptist and Nebraska-Kearney...Had at least six tackles in five contests...Earned first FHSU letter.

2012 (Freshman): Redshirted the 2012 season.

Topeka-Hayden HS: Played linebacker, wide receiver, running back...As a senior in 2011, named to all-state first team at linebacker and the Topeka Capital Journal’s All-City Defense linebacker...Voted team’s offensive and overall MVP...Recorded 104 tackles, two forced fumbles, two interceptions, two sacks, six touchdowns, and 693 all-purpose yards as a senior...All-state selection at linebacker as a junior...Participated in the 2009 Kansas Class 4A state football championship game as a sophomore...Helped team to a 21-4 record as a two-way starter his junior and senior years...Lettered four years in football and three years in basketball and baseball.
