2011 (Sr): Named Preseason First Team All-American by Consensus Draft Services.

2010 (Jr): Started all 11 games at linebacker...Earned All-MIAA Honorable Mention honors...Ranked second in the MIAA in tackles with 114...Ranked second in the MIAA in tackles per game (10.7)...Tied for 12th in NCAA Division II in total tackles...Tied for 10th in NCAA Division II for tackles per game...Became the first FHSU player since 2003 to record at least 100 tackles in a season...Most tackles in single season at FHSU since 1996 when Keith Eck recorded 117...Recorded a season-high 14 tackles at Nebraska-Omaha...Reached double digits in tackles in seven games...Recorded his only interception of the season at Nebraska-Omaha...Notched his only forced fumble of the season at Northwest Missouri State...Ranked third on the team in tackles for loss (5.5)...Led or tied for the team lead in tackles in 10 of 11 games...One of only two players on the Tiger defense to earn All-MIAA honors in 2010...CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 First Team selection in the college division...Earned third FHSU letter.

2009 (So): Played in all 11 games at linebacker...Ranked seventh on the team in total tackles with 42...Recorded a season-high eight tackles at Pittsburg State...One of just eight players on the team with 40 or more tackles for the season...Earned second FHSU letter. 

2008 (R-Fr): Played in all 11 games...Posted a season-high four tackles against New Mexico Highlands...All nine of his tackles on the season were solo tackles...Earned first FHSU letter. 

2007(Fr): Redshirted the 2007 season. 

McPherson HS: First-Team All-AVCTL selection in 2006...Named the 2006 AVCTL Defensive Player of the Year...Named Salina Journal Top Linebacker....First-Team All-State selection by the Salina Journal, Topeka Capital-Journal, Wichita Eagle, and Kansas Football Coaches Association...Named to Hutchinson News Elite Second Team...Recorded 162 total tackles and five interceptions in 2006...Top ranked wrestler in the state at 215 pounds.
