Hays HS: Named to the Super 11 team by the Hays Daily News and selected to the 5A All-State team by the Kansas Football Coaches Association in 2010…Two-time All-WAC selection, at linebacker in 2009 and running back in 2010…Selected to the 2011 Kansas Shrine Bowl…As a wrestler, finished fifth at 171 pounds in Class 5A as a junior...Lettered four years in football and three years in wrestling and baseball.
