Lane Hendricks enters his first year as a volunteer assistant football coach at Fort Hays State University in 2019. He brings a year of collegiate coaching experience with him after serving as an assistant coach at Dodge City (Kan.) Community College in 2018.
Hendricks spent time as a high school coach at South Gray High School in Montezuma, Kansas, prior to his time on the Dodge City Community College staff.
Hendricks was a member of the Fort Hays State football team as a defensive back in 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, Hendricks spent two years as a player at Dodge City (Kan.) Community College.
A native of Montezuma, Kansas, Hendricks plans to complete his degree in Health and Human Performance at Fort Hays State.
