Lindsey Johnson 2022

Lindsey Johnson

Lindsey Johnson enters her first season as an assistant coach for Fort Hays State Women's Soccer in 2022. Johnson graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2022, where she was a goalkeeper for four years.

While at Central Missouri, Johnson was four-year starter for one of the nation's top programs. She was the MIAA Goalkeeper of the Year in both 2019 and 2021. Johnson had a record of 41-7-2 over her three official years on the pitch, since the 2020-21 shortened spring season did not count towards official records after the 2020 regular season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. She notched 242 saves in her career, posting at least 70 each season, and had 14 individual shutouts throughout her career with the Jennies. During the 2019 season when she notched 18 wins between the pipes, Johnson earned D2CCA All-Central Region Second Team honors.

Johnson is a native of Gretna, Nebraska.
