Kelsey Broadwell enters her first season as a student assistant coach with FHSU Volleyball in 2015.
Broadwell played two seasons at Fort Hays State as a defensive specialist and setter from 2013-14. She was twice named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll at FHSU. Broadwell played in 43 matches over her two years, recording 284 assists and 161 digs.
Prior to Fort Hays State, Broadwell played two seasons at Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College where she was an all-around threat with the ability to play several positions. She earned all-conference honorable mention and all-region second team honors in 2011.
Broadwell is a native of Lawrence, Kan., pursuing a bachelor's degree in Nursing at Fort Hays State.
