Ashley Moore is in her eighth year as the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Services in 2025-26 after serving four years as Compliance Assistant at Fort Hays State University.
Moore (formerly Parrott) is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Athletic Department's Compliance office and oversees the student academic center. A 2014 graduate of Emporia State, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion with a minor in Recreation. While at ESU, she competed as a track and field athlete for four years, earning regular and athletic academic honors all four years (Honor Roll and Athletic Director's Honor Roll).
Moore is a member of Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society, the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
From La Crosse, Kansas, Moore earned a Master's Degree in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Sports Administration from Fort Hays State University in 2016. She and her husband Dylan reside in Hays.
