Livia Silva enters her first year as an assistant coach at Fort Hays State. Most recently, Silva served as a coach of the Clackamas United Soccer Club for a year in Oregon. Prior to that, she was a graduate assistant coach at William Penn University in Iowa for two seasons (2022, 2023).

Prior to her coaching career, Silva played college soccer at both Cowley College (Kan.) and South Carolina State University. She played two years at Cowley, served as a captain, and helped the team to an NJCAA Plains District Semifinal appearance in 2019 when the team finished 14-4 overall. She then transferred to South Carolina State for two years, but only played one season in 2021. The 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Silva obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from South Carolina State University, graduating summa cum laude. She also obtained her associate’s degree from Cowley College in Business Administration.
