A pair of double-doubles from Tatyana Legette helped the No. 9 Tigers open conference play 2-0, moving to 8-0 on the year. Legette posted a season-high 23 points alongside 13 rebounds as the Tigers defeated Nebraska-Kearney Tuesday before totaling 15 points and 10 rebounds in a victory over No. 24 Emporia State. The senior hit more than 90 percent of her free throws for the week (20-for-22). It was the second time in her career that Legette has recorded back-to-back double-doubles.
