Efe Osaghae helped the Tiger wrestling squad in their efforts at the Kansas Cup and three duals against No. 17 Colorado School of Mines, Colorado Mesa and No. 7 CSU-Pueblo. Osaghae began a five-match winning streak at the Kansas Cup with a 9-3 decision over Noah Perkins (Newman) in the semifinals before capturing his second-consecutive Kansas Cup title after defeating Nick Lucas (Pratt CC) for the crown. Osaghae was named the most outstanding wrestler for his efforts. Against the Orediggers, Osaghae defeated Skyler Lykins in a narrow 8-6 decision before completing a 2-0 day at the Midwest Duals. Osaghae defeated Luke Au-Yeung (Mesa) with a 16-0 technical fall before using a 5-3 decision over Isaiah Diggs (Pueblo). During the streak, Osaghae eclipsed the 20-win plateau for the second-consecutive season.
