Fort Hays State University women's soccer hits the road this weekend for two MIAA matchups, beginning with Washburn on Friday at 4 p.m., followed by Sunday's 2 p.m. game with Emporia State.

The Tigers (4-5-1, 0-2-1 MIAA) will look to knock off two opponents above them in conference standings to re-establish themselves as conference title contenders.

Hailey Davey sit atop FHSU's point list, as each have scored two goals and notched one assist near the midway point of the season. Close behind,
Jordan Hester's two goals, including the game-winner in last week's double overtime victory over Newman, has earned her four points.Â
Dani Harris has split time at defender and forward, and has two goals to show for her offensive efforts.

Of the 12 goals scored for the Tigers,
Hannah Jurgens (four) and
Kylee Loneker (two) have assisted in half of them.

In addition to Harris,
Amanda Talbott and
Gabrielle Makatura have proved themselves in the midfield and defender positions, and are the only Tigers to have started all eight games for FHSU.Â

Nicole Barnaba has logged just over 508 minutes in the net, allowing seven goals while stopping 21 shots. Her replacement,
Kelsey Grey, has four saves in 211:58 minutes of playing time.

WU (4-5-0, 2-0-1 MIAA) has scored 17 goals in nine games this season, splitting up the offensive tallies relatively evenly. Danielle Curtis (three goals) and Kate Combs (two goals, two assists) each have six points, while Bailey Wobig, Whitney Skinner and Devin Schmitz have five points (two goals, one assist). Brianna Ament has added two goals as well.

Tori Fuglister has played the entire season at goalie for the Ichabods, notching 35 saves in 828:44 minutes played.Â
ESU (5-3-1, 2-0-1 MIAA) is led by Tommi Bouknight on offense, whose three goals and one assist have tallied her seven points for the year. Â MaKenzie Koch has grabbed two goals for four points.
In goal, Yadira Rivera has allowed just four goals in 760 minutes of play, stopping 55 shots on goal. Â Melanie Nuessen played one goal for the Hornets, allowing two goals and saving five shots.
