After a 14-attempt shootout win in the first-round of the MIAAÂ Tournament, the FHSU women's soccer team now turns their attention to No. 1 and undefeated Central Missouri in the conference semifinals. The No. 4 seeded Tigers took the 0-0 tie after winning 11-10 in the shootout rounds to No. 5 seeded Missouri Southern on Wednesday night, advancing the team to a Friday matchup against the Jennies. The Tigers hold a 10-5-4 overall record heading into the match, while Central Missouri boasts a perfect 19-0 record.

For the second-consecutive postseason, the Tigers advanced to the conference semifinals off PKs. On Wednesday,
Kylie Thomas secured the 11-10 PK victory in the 14
th attempt. Central Missouri shutout No. 8 seeded Emporia State 4-0 in Warrensburg to continue their undefeated season. This win was the 17
th shutout victory of the season for the Jennies who have only allowed two goals against them this season, compared to their 69. The offense for the Jennies will be the tough matchup for the Tigers who hope their strong defense will continue to limit goals against them.

Senior Tiger
Jasmine Beaulieu has been the offensive striker as of late for FHSU, as she has scored the only-two goals for the Tigers in the last two wins. Beaulieu now has three goals on the year along with 42 shots. Senior striker
Eden Stoddard continues to lead the team with eight goals during her final campaign. Stoddard has picked up her assistance game as she has found Beaulieu in her previous two goals to secure the victories. Stoddard leads the team with 60 shot attempts, with half hitting near target. Eight different Tigers have scored this season, showing the distribution is a strength for FHSU.

Kristen Thompson continues to hold down the goalkeeping duties for the Tigers as she now owns a 6-3-2 record in net, while boasting 46 saves during her senior campaign. Thompson was critical in the PK shootout on Wednesday as her saves helped secure the win.
Megan Kneefel also has taken over at times as she brings in 40 saves alongside a 4-2-2 record.

The Tigers will meet up with an offensive minded team in the Jennies, as three members of the team have double-digits goals to their name. Central Missouri is led by two-time MIAA Offensive Player of the Year in Jada Scott who owns 13 goals this season. Abby Rhodes, another First-Team All-MIAA selection, leads the Jennies with a team-high 14 goals, good for second in the conference. As a team, the Jennies are averaging just over three goals a game, and have not given up a goal in five-straight matches. Central Missouri is nearly doubling their opponents in shot attempts by a margin of 396-152. The defense is also limiting their opponents to only eight shots per game.

On the other side of Thompson, Anna Dilkes will be in charge of the goal for the Jennies. Dilkes also boasts a 19-0 record on the year, along with 64 saves. Dilkes leads nearly all MIAA goalkeeping statistical categories with her .105 goals against average, 64 saves and 17 shutouts on the year.

The No. 1 vs No. 4 match is slated to tilt at 4 p.m. on Friday (Nov. 3) in Warrensburg, Mo. The winner will advance to the conference final which will take place on Sunday (Nov. 5).
