The Fort Hays State women's soccer team completed regular season play with a 12-3-3 overall record, and an 8-2-1 MIAA conference record. The Tigers now have their sights set on a matchup against the Northeastern State RiverHawks on Friday (Nov. 3) at home. Kickoff for the opening round match of the MIAA conference tournament is slated for 7 p.m. at the FHSU Soccer Stadium.

Fort Hays State played the Riverhawks back on October 13
th in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The Tigers left Tahlequah victorious by a score of 2-0. The two teams were scoreless at the halftime break of that match, but second period goals by
Sullivan Kelly and
Allison Worley lifted the Tigers to victory.

The Northeastern State RiverHawks finished their regular season schedule with a record of 6-8-4 overall, 4-6-1 in MIAA matches. Since last seeing the Tigers in October, the RiverHawks are 3-2. After clinching the No. 6 seed in this year's tournament, the RiverHawks have now made it to postseason play every year since 2011.

The Tigers had success in last season's MIAA quarterfinal round defeating Central Oklahoma 2-0 at home.

To end the regular season the Tigers had a few members of the program lead the conference in multiple stat categories.
Isabel Robben was the conference leader in shutouts, recording 11 in 18 matches, including a stretch of five in a row throughout the season.
Sullivan Kelly led the conference in assists with seven. Kelly recorded assists in each of the first four conference matches of the season.

With a win on Friday (Nov. 3) the Tigers would move to the MIAA semifinal round which is set to be played next Thursday (Nov. 9) at the Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita, Kansas.
