Kegan Knight is in his second year as a graduate assistant in the Fort Hays State University Athletics Office. His role is assisting in both internal and external operations. Along with his graduate assistant duties in the athletic office, Knight also serves as an assistant coach for the Fort Hays State baseball team.
Prior to his time at Fort Hays State, Knight attended Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College where he competed in baseball and graduated with an associate's degree. He transferred to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where he continued his baseball career and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration minor.
After a few years in the private sector, Knight is now pursuing his master's degree in Athletic Administration at Fort Hays State.
A native of Olathe, Kansas, Knight resides in Hays with his wife Alicia and children Emery and Kollins.
