Davis threw a nine-inning complete game in his only start of the week, helping the Tigers to a 6-2 win over Pittsburg State on Thursday (Mar. 21). Davis retired the Gorilla side in order in four innings and allowed just one baserunner in three other innings. Only one of his runs allowed was earned as the second run in the ninth scored due to an error in the inning. Davis allowed just five hits in the outing, while walking two and striking out six.
