Tracie Hileman earned Athlete of the Week honors for her performance that helped the Tiger volleyball team to a 2-1 record on the week. The senior led the Tigers to wins over Oklahoma Panhandle and Northwest Missouri State, while the Tigers fell to Truman in a close five-set match.
In each of the three matches, Hileman led the Tigers in digs from her libero position. At Oklahoma Panhandle, she totaled 10 digs in the quick three-set match. After that performance, the senior finished with 30 digs in the win over Northwest Missouri, her high for the week. She added 22 more digs in the loss to Truman.
On the season, Hileman totals a team-high 560 digs for an average of 5.19 per set. The Tonganoxie, Kan. native also adds 24 assists and nine service aces.
Hileman has helped the Tigers to a 15-13 overall record this season.
