FHSU Season Statistics

This weekend's game schedule for the Fort Hays State softball team has been adjusted due to the weather throughout the area. The Tigers game against Lindenwood, which was scheduled for Friday (March 23) has been pushed to Sunday (March 25) at 11:00 am in St. Charles, Mo. The MIAA doubleheader at Lincoln on Saturday (March 24) has had the start time bumped from 1:00 pm to 11:00 am.

The games against Lincoln will be the conference road opener for FHSU, who has started the year 5-1 in the MIAA. A quick start in conference play has positioned Fort Hays State near the top of the MIAA standings where they are currently in third place, two games ahead of the next closest team. FHSU swept Lincoln in Hays last season, the Blue Tigers first season in the MIAA, and are 4-0 against Lincoln all-time.

The Tigers will be facing Lindenwood for the second and third times this season after previously defeating the Lions 11-10 in tournament play earlier this month in Joplin, Mo. That meeting was the first all-time between FHSU and Lindenwood, who will join the MIAA in all sports this fall.
