Fort Hays State Softball looks to snap a four-game skid when it plays a doubleheader at Metro State University of Denver on Tuesday evening (Mar. 21). The doubleheader is set to begin at 4 pm Mountain Time/5 pm Central Time. The Tigers enter the games at 9-17 overall. Fort Hays State is looking to shake off a tough 1-5 stretch at the MWSU Hy-Vee Classic this past weekend. The Tigers dropped their final four games of the tournament. The Tigers are traversing the state of Kansas back and forth this week, heading to Denver for this doubleheader before heading back to Missouri on the weekend for conference doubleheaders at Central Missouri and Southwest Baptist.

Lily Sale are both hitting above .300 on the season. Knittig is the team leader in RBI with 17, while
Candace Bollig and
Bailey Boxberger each have 14. Back from an early season injury,
Collette West had a team-best four RBI this past weekend at the Hy-Vee Classic and she is hitting .316 through seven games played.

th in the nation with a .350 average as a team. Annika Anderson leads the way with a .495 average and 21 RBI, while Hayley Fields is hitting .393 with 22 RBI. The Roadrunners have a team ERA of 2.96. The Roadrunners enter the doubleheader at 21-8 overall.
