Opponent Notes
Cameron (9-9)
The Aggies enter Tuesday on a four-game losing skid. The skid includes a pair of losses to nationally ranked Texas A&M-Kingsville before a pair of losses to Texas A&M-International. Just before the four-game losing skid, Cameron managed to split doubleheaders with nationally ranked teams Angelo State and Lubbock Christian. Eight of the last 10 games for Cameron have been against nationally ranked teams. The Aggies hold a 9-4 advantage in the all-time series with FHSU. The Tigers are looking to snap a nine-game losing streak to Cameron after they won the first four meetings in the all-time series.
Â
Oklahoma Baptist (10-6)
The Bison have played 11 straight conference games entering this meeting with FHSU, during which they went 6-5. OBU is 4-1 in non-conference games so far this season, which includes a 4-0 win over Fort Hays State earlier this season in Choctaw, Oklahoma. The Bison scored all four runs of that meeting in one inning and held the Tigers to just two hits. Oklahoma Baptist holds a 4-1 advantage in the all-time series. The one win by the Tigers in the series was
Michaelanne Nelson's 8-inning no hitter last season.
