The Fort Hays State women's basketball team plays at home for the first time this season Saturday (Nov. 25) when the Tigers host Tabor College beginning at 5 p.m. inside Gross Memorial Coliseum. The Tigers (4-0) are looking to start a season with at least five consecutive wins for a 13th time in program history.

Katie Wagner averages 18.8 points and 8.8 rebounds per game, ranking second in the conference in scoring and seventh in rebounding.

Sydney Golladay scored in double figures in both of FHSU's wins in Colorado last week, doing so in consecutive games for the second time in her career.

The Tigers are 22-0 all-time against Tabor, winning each matchup since the series began in the 1971-72 season. FHSU is 18-0 at home against the Bluejays, including a 65-51 wire-to-wire victory one year ago this weekend (11/26/22). FHSU forced 22 turnovers and scored 36 points in the paint. Eight different Tigers scored at least five points in the win. FHSU combined for 22 assists on 30 made buckets. Wagner led the team with 16 points on 8-of-13 shooting, while

Tabor averages 70.6 points per game while knocking down close to 10 3-pointers per game (9.3, 45.8 percent from behind the arc). Seven different Bluejays average at least 5.0 points per game, led by Lillie Veer's 10.6 points per night. Kassidy Beam is hitting 52.9 percent of her attempts from behind the arc, hitting 2.6 triples per game.
