Â
The Tigers enter the week at 18-21 overall and 4-10 in the MIAA, while the RiverHawks are 20-17 overall and 7-9 in the MIAA. Rogers State will take on Nebraska-Kearney on Friday before hosting the Tigers Saturday. The Hillcats are 25-13 overall and 9-7 in the MIAA this season.
Â
Fort Hays State is coming off a split with Emporia State this past Saturday. The Tigers scored 15 runs in the doubleheader with the Hornets, their most in an MIAA twinbill this season. Fort Hays State is currently in 11
th place in the MIAA standings.
Â
Northeastern State enters the week on a six-game losing streak, all in MIAA play. The slide has put the RiverHawks at 7-9 in the MIAA, currently eighth in the standings. The RiverHawks' most recent doubleheader was at Central Missouri back on Tuesday as they fell 7-1 and 9-0.
Â
Rogers State also enters its week on a losing skid after dropping its last three. The Hillcats split a doubleheader with top-5 ranked Pittsburg State, but then fell twice to Central Missouri. RSU will host Nebraska-Kearney on Friday before taking on the Tigers Saturday.
Â
Fort Hays State owns a 15-13 advantage in its all-time series with Northeastern State. The teams split a doubleheader in Hays last year. NSU took game one 4-2 before FHSU took game two 5-1. Fort Hays State seeks its first win(s) in Tahlequah since the 2016 season.
Â
The Tigers trail the all-time series with Rogers State 14-2. The Hillcats swept the doubleheader in Hays last year by scores of 12-5 and 13-3. This will be the first time in four years the Hillcats do not hold a Top 25 ranking when meeting the Tigers in MIAA play, though the Hillcats have spent time in the national poll this season. Fort Hays State is still in search of its first win ever in Claremore since the series history began in 2018.
Â
Tiger leadoff hitter
Hannah Green enters the week leading the Tigers in batting average (.432), hits (60), runs (39), and on-base percentage (.459), while stealing 24 bases this season.

Â
Lilly Mohr has seen her batting average for the season elevate to .342 by hitting safely in six of the last seven games. She leads the team in home runs with 12, which is tied for third best for a season in FHSU history (Adriana Wortley, 2010).
Â
Coming off a 9-RBI doubleheader with Emporia State,
Abbey Duarte leads the Tigers in RBIs for the season with 41. That is sixth best in the MIAA.
