NEW ORLEANS - The Fort Hays State men's and women's track and field teams were both recognized as USTFCCCA All-Academic teams for the 2025-26 season, announced Monday (July 20) by the coaches association. Twenty-two individuals also achieved All-Academic recognition, including 12 from the women's team and 10 from the men's squad.
 
Esther Clark-Pavlovich, Amelia Foster, Janae Fugitt, Alonnah Gage, Taylor Hoskinson, Katie Linenberger, Reba Mader, Emily Diercks McCullough, Macy Nachtigal, Natalee North, Makenzie Premer and Emma Slade all received the individual honor from the women's team, while the men's squad was represented by Avrey Albright, Hunter Angove, Josiah Ball, Dean Clark, Brady Deges, Jayden Michaelis, Noah Morenz, Mayan Paz, Jackson Rumford and Mason Younger.
 
It is the fourth-such honor for McCullough, the third for Hoskinson and Morenz, the second for Mader, Slade, Albright and Ball and the first for the other 15 recipients.
 
This is the 10th-consecutive season that both the men's and women's track and field programs have picked up this distinction. The women's track and field team carried a GPA of 3.56, while the men completed the year with a team GPA of 3.30.
 
In order to qualify for All-Academic team distinction in track and field, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Individuals must compile a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 and reach a provisional qualifying standard for the NCAA Championships in either indoor or outdoor seasons.
