Ball moved to 11-2 on the season with a 4-0 performance on Saturday and claimed a first place finish in the 141 pound elite weight class at the UNK Holiday Inn Open . He posted a pair of major decisions and a pair of regular decisions. He beat Juan Rivera of Baker 10-0 in the first round before dispatching of Brad Irwin from Central Missouri 10-1 in the quarterfinals. He went on to defeat Martin Ramirez of Adams State 5-2 in the semifinals, then Jacob Wasser of UNK 5-2 in the championship match.
