Halie Turner provided a spark in the pole vault at the MIAA Indoor Championships with a vault of 12 feet, 4 inches. Her jump was good enough for an NCAA provisional and a personal record, while finishing sixth in the event. Turner improved her previous record by 11 inches while also setting a new school record in the indoor season.
