Adriana Wortley had a huge week at the plate for the Fort Hays State softball team, hitting .591 over the course of six games. Wortley had 13 hits for the week, including five doubles and two home runs with eight RBI to help the Tigers pick up a doubleheader sweep of Washburn and splits against Missouri Southern and Pittsburg State. 

Coming into the week, Wortley was hitting .268 but with her strong hitting performance she has raised that to .328 which ranks third on the team. She also ranks third on the team in home runs (3) and doubles (8) and is second on the team with 17 RBI.
