The Fort Hays State men's track and field team took several competitors to the KSU All-Comers meet in Manhattan on Saturday (Dec. 11). Mitch Sahlfeld was the top finisher for FHSU, taking first in the weight throw and fourth in shot put.

Sahlfeld won the weight throw with a throw of 59' 10.25, which is a NCAA II provisional qualifying mark. He also placed fourth in shot put with a mark of 51' 2.25. The other top finisher for FHSU was Travis Diener, who was third in the 1 mile run in a time of 4:42.
