Sheldon Howell was one of several Tiger baseball players to have a strong weekend at the plate in the series against Nebraska-Omaha. Howell hit .733 for the weekend, with 11 hits and 9 RBI while scoring 8 runs. Included in his hits were two doubles and two triples. He now leads the team with four triples on the season.
