Cook posted saves in both of Fort Hays State's wins over Emporia State this past weekend. He pitched the final 1.1 innings in the 7-6 win on Saturday, working around two baserunners in the seventh to end the game with a strikeout and groundout to end the game. On Sunday, he inherited two runners with no outs in the ninth and got a foul pop up on the infield and a ground ball double play to end the game. The saves were Cook's first two of the season.
